Born May, 30, 1970 in Moscow.

In 1992 Mr.Tsyganov graduated from Moscow Institute of Aviation named after Sergo Ordjonikidze with a degree in Economics and Management in machinery industry
He has been employed by Belaya Dacha Group of Companies since 1994. In 1997 - 1998 Mr.Tsyganov was Finance Director of Belaya Dacha Agricultural Company. From 2000 to 2003 he worked for JSC Belaya Dacha Management as CEO.

Mr.Tsyganov has been JSC Belaya Dacha CEO since 2003.

Starting from 1998 Vladimir Tsyganov has been actively involved in development and implementation of large development projects such as Megamall Mega Belaya Dacha, Belaya Dacha logistics centre, Belaya Dacha Trading salad plant, BMW dealer centre, Belaya Dacha Outlet Village.

In 2006 Mr.Tsyganov was included into Top-5 Russian most professional managers according to “Managers of Russia association” and publishing house “Kommersant”

Mr.Tsyganov is married, has a son and a daughter.

Since 1995 has been working in different companies of Belaya Dacha group. In 2003 Mr.Zaslavsky was Marketing Director of Belaya Dacha agricultural company, then in 2004 - 2007 he was General Manager for JSC Belaya Dacha Trading and participated in new salad plant launch

From 2007 Mr. Zaslavsky is responsible for development projects as Belaya Dacha Executive Director.

Aleksey has 2 sons.

Mr.Novikov was born in Moscow. In 2003 he graduated from Moscow State Linguistic University. At the moment Mr.Novikov is studying for a degree at management department at Russian Academy of Civil Service affiliated to the RF President.

Since 2003 Mr.Novikov has been working for Belaya Dacha Company as Investment Director. Mr.Novikov is a Board Director of Mega Belaya Dacha, joint venture with IKEA.

He was responsible for investment contracts execution during Belaya Dacha residential area construction, IKEA Belaya Dacha trade mall, Mega Belaya Dacha, BMW dealer center. Mr.Novikov also manages lease relations of Belaya Dacha asset complex.

He is married, has a son and a daughter. Denis dedicates all his spare time to his family.

Ms.Ryzhova started career in Belaya Dacha as a financial manager in 2005. In 2007 she took the lead of financial service, being promoted to Finance Director.

Ms.Ryzhova is a member of JSC Belaya Dacha Supervisory Board, responsible for projects economical efficiency evaluation, financial business planning, organization of internal budgeting system.

Evgeniya has a degree in economics.

She is married with 3 children.

Mr.Smelov was born on September, 12, 1973 in Obninsk. In 1995 he graduated from Moscow State University named after M. Lomonosov with a degree in applied mathematics

In 1995 Mr.Smelov joined Belaya Dacha group of companies as a systems analytic. In 2002 he moved to Belaya Dacha agricultural company and got promoted to IT Director. In 2005 Mr.Smelov was promoted to a position of Belaya Dacha Development General Manager.

Mr.Smelov successfully supervised such projects as Belaya Dacha trade mall, Garden Centre; design and construction of Belaya Dacha Trading Plant, as well as A-class logistics centre Logopark, etc.

One of the latest successfully completed projects is the multifunctional BMW dealer centre - sales, bodyshop and technical maintenance.

Evgeny is married and has a daughter.

Ms. Pantsova has been working for Belaya Dacha since 1993. She started from a position of legal adviser, then headed the legal department.

Ms. Pantsova is responsible for legal support of current holding's activity, she has a huge experience in real estate business.

Ms. Pantsova has a degree in law and is a member of JSC Belaya Dacha Supervisory Board.

Elena is married with a son.
